Organization of scientific research work of school students in the field of civil-patriotic education

This article discusses the organization of research work of students in the field of civil and patriotic education in the study of history in the work of a teacher in school. Using the example of a history lesson conducted in grade 9 on the theme “The Afghan war of 1979-1989 in the memoirs of Yelabuzh”, the level of interest of students in fixing the lesson material in class work is analyzed.
