Organization of illegal migration in aspect of transnational organized criminal activity

Dynamics of quantity of the registered facts of the organization of illegal migration testifies to their constant increase. The transnational component of criminal activity practically isn't established that is connected with absence of practice of an establishment during preliminary investigation of system of interrelations in which organizers of illegal migration are included. Fastening in the Russian legislation of criminal and administrative responsibility practically for similar acts creates legal uncertainty. Adherence to substantive provisions of the international legislation in understanding of the organization of illegal migration as the transnational organized criminal activity assuming illegal crossing of Frontier of the Russian Federation, will allow to optimize activity of law enforcement bodies.
