The study included 193 victims of road accidents registered in Saratov in 2010-2020. The age of the victims ranged from 18 to 60 years, including 107 men (56.4%), 86 women (55.4%). The average age of the victims was 39.2±5.0 years. Of the total number of victims, closed injuries prevailed - 108 (55.9%) people, open injuries were noted in 85 (44.0%) cases. As a result of the study, it was found that when providing medical care for abdominal injuries suffered as a result of road accidents, there is a minimum number of errors, and assistance, in most cases, was provided correctly and in full. This is one of the factors that helps to reduce the number of complications and deaths in such injuries.
