In this paper, based on previously published sources, the basic issues on arranging the fur trade by the trading house "The Molchanoff A. & M. & Bykov" have been examined. The author has determined that the trading house "The Molchanoff A. & M. and Bykov" attempted to establish their own staff of salesclerks hired after acquisition of the majority of purchasers by large firms originated from the midst of "the Yakut merchants". The author came to the conclusion that in 1912 the trading house has significantly expanded the "geographic" coverage of districts engaged in buying furs. With the purpose of monopolizing the fur trade the trading house joined the-stock company.
