Organizing student scientific society in the institution of secondary vocational education as a means of creating competencies

The article shows the results of the experiment, which proved that the student scientific society (SSS) is an effective means of creating competencies in secondary vocational education institutions (SVEI). There was confirmed the hypothesis that SSS positively affects the dynamics of the formation of knowledge and skills of students. During the experiment it was found that organizing a systematically working SSS in a SVEI affects the effectiveness of the process of forming students’ competencies. The article shows the dynamics of the development of common competencies. The results obtained allow the authors to assume that the work of SSS will have a positive impact on the formation of professional competencies.
