The implementation of a quality management system in laboratory medicine is the most important solution for any organization, since its application will help improve the effectiveness of the organization and increase customer satisfaction. The organization of a quality management system is a phased and lengthy process, in order to achieve a positive result, active introduction of modern information systems is required. Various commercial laboratory information systems are considered in the work from the position of the possibility of their implementation in clinical diagnostic laboratories as a quality management system. It is determined that all modern information systems meet the requirements of implementing a quality management system in medical laboratories.
