Article describes the features of financing of Federal medical organizations in the form of increasing the availability of medical care and the transition of high-tech medical care under the financing of the compulsory health insurance Fund. The possibilities of optimal use of the capacities of medical organizations at the expense of patients sent from different regions are also considered.
