Organization of energy management service in the energy saving management system of an educational institution

Energy saving processes in the field of housing and communal services can be implemented through the effective work of the energy management service in organization, which will allow to obtain economic and environmental effects. In Russian educational institutions, it is necessary to update the functionality of this service in terms of competencies and place in the organizational structure.
