This article examines and examines the organization of customs control in Australia. Special attention is paid to the Australian Customs Service, as well as its importance and weight in the implementation of information technology in the work is revealed. In addition, the main types of taxes levied on the import of goods are indicated, and the attitude of employers to the training of personnel for employment in the customs authorities of this state is shown.
