Organization of terrorist community (Part 1 of the Article 205.4 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code): questions of criminal legal content

The article deals with the content of the acts forming the objective part of the crimes regulated by the Part 1, Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The moment of the termination of such criminal acts is defined. The author proposes an improved version of the disposition of this norm.
