Organization of management, modeling and forecasting of development of economy of the region

Relevance of work is caused by creation of qualitative system of the organization of management and forecasting of social and economic development of the region (territorial subject of the Russian Federation). The existing problems are considered and the analysis of the organization of management of economy by the region in modern conditions is carried out. The mathematical model of develop-ment of economy of the region in the form of a vector problem of mathematical programming is created. The model is constructed on the basis of interindustry balance and considers investment investments in each branch of economy of the region. Methods of the solution of a vector task are based on normalization of criteria and the principle a maximine (the guaranteed result). Practical realization of model is shown on statistical data of the certain region (Primorsky Krai). As a result of the decision we have compiled a forecast on the main indicators of economic development of the region for a year, and also in dynamics (for several years). The directions of further researches authors see in development of more perfect software and its use in practice of forecasting of each territorial subject of the Russian Federation.
