The relevance of the issue under consideration is due to the fact that in modern conditions at the enterprise it is necessary to create an effective sales management system. Modern sales management involves complex and numerous processes with a large amount of data, detailed calculations, comparative analysis, information exchange. The priority task is to attract new customers on a massive scale, and only after it is resolved will the company be able to form and improve the level of customer focus. This article discusses the issues of the essence of the organization of sales management, applied in practice.
