The article discusses the features of the implementation ofproject management in the organization, namely the introduction by the forces of their own team, with the involvement of an external consulting organization and with the involvement of the curator. The advantages and disadvantages of each method of implementation are analyzed. The authors proposed the stages of implementation of project management in the organization, disclosed in detail the content of each stage. The factors affecting the success of project management are considered.
