The article opens a series of task-oriented regional researches of pedagogical experience in East-Siberian educational institutions of different types in spiritual-moral sphere of education that will reduce the lack of young generation morality through critical and creative elaboration and further use, originated by different factors including childlessness of a family, reduced attention to spiritual-moral education in a contemporary school, etc.
