Organization of educational work in the technological higher institution as a basis for specialist’s social integration

The article describes main approaches to the organization of the educational process in the higher educational institution. Studying experience of the Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies the author considers cooperation of the administration and the student self-government in educational initiatives. The purpose of education of the technological sector specialist is discussed from the perspective of the competence approach and appears as social integration of the young professional. The author presents a content model reflecting the main aspects of the educational conception.
