Organizational culture is an effective regulator of employee behavior and its importance in the formation and development of an organization cannot be overestimated. Dynamic technological progress and rapid changes force us to look for innovative management solutions. Given the accelerating uncertainty in the corporate environment, it should be assumed that genuine employee participation in fulfilling professional tasks and achieving common goals is becoming an important part of the company’s success. In order for a company to respond to external influences faster and faster, it is necessary that its employees not only learn faster, but also implement innovative solutions faster. The greater a person’s personal interest in corporate training and cooperation in the development of new business solutions, the higher the company’s chance to remain on the market in a dynamic and unpredictable reality. In the article, the field of traditional perception of the role of organizational culture has been expanded by a new space in which culture and knowledge are factors of growth and development of the company, which is difficult to separate, but also difficult to overestimate. The emphasis is placed on the relationship between organizational culture and the processes of organizational learning and the circulation of organizational knowledge.
