Verbal communications are communications carried out with the help of oral speech as a coding system. Many employees of organizations spend more than 50% of their working time in various forms of verbal communication. Communication is carried out verbally, verbally, colloquially and non-verbally (tone of speech, pause, focusing attention, body movements) ways. The exchange of information is possible not only through speech, but also through other sign systems, which together constitute the means of non-verbal communication - these are messages sent by the sender without using oral speech as a coding system, using gestures, facial expressions, poses, manners, etc. They act as a means of communication to the extent that their content can be interpreted by others. Nonverbal communication is useful, but its interpretation is subjective and carries the possibility of error in advance.
