Organizational structure of the business owner's enterprise

The organizational structure proposed in the study is project-based. Determines the efficiency and level of management of the business organization at the startup stage. It is the main part of the organization's business activity structuring to increase the efficiency and business development: it gives an idea of what resources the organization owns, it is a defining document on the size of the organization, interaction and responsibility that owners and employees involved on the basis of a civil contract take; describes all vertical and horizontal relationships: functions, responsibilities, sequence of operations, organizational influence and impact, and the quality of human capital. It is business processes, not personnel, that need to adapt to radical changes in management.
