Organizational structure of TNC

Modern TNCs, their activities, organizational forms and specifics of management are the subject of scientific interest of a number of researchers. This article gives a description of the organizational structure of TNCs. It reveals the importance of TNC's policy to unite the foreign network under a single operational control and the creation of centralized departments of all foreign operations. In the management system of TNCs, levels are distinguished - top, middle and lower management. On the example of innovation and personnel policy the relationship between the organizational structure and management of TNCs is revealed.
