Organizational and functional model of integrated management of production results in terms of technological sovereignty

The problem of improving the quality of production management forms increased requirements for the quality of production and technological processes, ensuring their standardization, compliance with regulatory and technical requirements with the achievement of positive technical and economic characteristics. The guidelines outlined by the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation require a transformation of approaches to the organization of production systems, which determines the importance of identifying the specifics of production management in the context of mobilizing the scientific and technological potential of high-tech industries, defining appropriate principles, and forming a methodology for measuring them. The article proposes a generalized system of principles of production organization, considering the fundamental principles of production process management and current problems and directions of industrial development. The proposed approach provides a comprehensive vision of the postulates of the organization of production, which allows you to manage production as a single system that implements its functions in accordance with the general purpose. Against the background of the need for accelerated development of new knowledge to produce domestic high-tech products, the implementation of the principles of production management acquires characteristic features that are adapted to conditions of high uncertainty and ensure transparency of the tasks of organizing production in terms of strategy and import substitution and ensuring technological sovereignty. A strategic production management model has been developed that considers modern promising process optimization tools, the attributes of which are the directions of diagnostics of production results, the principles of production management modified considering adjusted strategic goals, production performance indicators against the background of ensuring technological sovereignty and the goals of integrated management of production results.
