Organizational and economic guidelines for environmental agriculture in the region

The article examines the modern prerequisites for greening the regional agricultural sector in terms of threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the prerequisites for the greening of agriculture are being implemented on the basis of state support for all areas of production activity of agricultural enterprises. Target prospects for the greening of agriculture are determined based on the formation of environmentally oriented relationships at the level of society, market, business and government regulation. It has been established that the methodological basis for the implementation of regional agricultural policy should be an agroecological approach, which provides for the consistent determination of environmental prerequisites, requirements, decisions and consequences in the development system of the agricultural sector. Universal organizational and economic guidelines for the greening of agriculture in the region are substantiated on the principle of balancing state regulation and self-regulation at the level of the state, region and enterprise.
