Organizational and economic features of formation of a value chain of a product of the dairy industry of the Orenburg region

The article provides an analytical review of the dairy industry of the Orenburg region for the period 2010-2017. Special attention is paid to the individual links of the value chain of the dairy food industry. The expediency of formation of holding structures in the Orenburg region for the purpose of optimization of production process and improvement of quality of dairy products, and also growth of level of satisfaction of the population of the region in products of the dairy food industry is proved. According to the results of the study, the conclusions revealed a number of organizational and economic features of the process of forming the value chain of dairy products in the region, consisting in the presence of a large number of disparate agricultural producers, a small number of regional and interregional integrated structures of holding orientation, as well as the absence in the field of innovative forms of integration - clusters and prerequisites for their creation.
