The article presents the results of studies reflecting the processes of globalization, internationalization and the liberal nature of the educational services market in the last decade, which have had an impact on society entering a period of radical reforms, which requires the education system to be more flexible and faster in responding to changes in a market-oriented economy, depending on the impact of the crisis. In the aspect of the integration of education in the post-Soviet space, conditions have arisen under which it is necessary to find effective forms of interaction aimed at solving organizational and economic problems. In this case, the authors believe that physical education and sports activities carried out in the post-Soviet space (Russia and Belarus) are characterized by a common development vector. Means of implementing the educational process in the context of its systemic-synergetic management and correction of the pedagogical process are determined.
