Organizational and economic mechanism of creation of eco-settlements

The article proposes an approach to the development of the organizational-economic mechanism for creating eco-settlements in the Belgorod Region. The urgency of the problem is due to the lack of management practices of such structures as forms of entrepreneurship in rural areas and the need to develop a set of methodological, organizational, financial and legal norms on the interaction of all participants in the process of creating and functioning eco-settlements. The features of the organizational and economic mechanism of the process of creation and functioning of ecosettlements with regard to the specifics of agricultural production are investigated, the consequences of manifestation are determined, and the required mechanisms and tools of interaction are proposed. The main stages of creating an organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of ecosettlements are formulated and a study of each stage has been conducted. An enlarged functional structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of the process of creation and functioning of ecosettlements is proposed. The proposed structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of ecosettlements will allow for improving management efficiency and reducing the risks of implementing this project.
