Organizational and economic development of passenger transport in urban agglomerations: case study of Izhevsk agglomeration

The article discusses the questions of economy and management of passenger transport of the Izhevsk urban agglomeration. It is noted that the transport complex of the agglomeration has a number of common and specific problems, which are caused by the economic depression in the Udmurt Republic. The authors consider the objectives and tasks of the passenger transport complex development taking into account the uneven development of certain settlements. The new methods and algorithms of passenger transport management are suggested.
