The basic educational program (BEP) of Bachelor Degree Studies (Master Degree Studies, Specialist Programmes) is being developed by higher educational institution on the basis of requirements of the federal state educational standard of the higher vocational education (FSES HVE) and approximate basic educational programme (ABEP). Its working out requires creation of certain organizational conditions and realization of methodological approaches.
