The article provides an analysis of scientific research in the field of management of pedagogical conflicts, the definition of the concepts of "conflict", "conflict-free management" is given. The article reveals the criteria of conflict in the teaching staff of a preschool educational organization. The author's model of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of conflict-free management technologies is presented.
