In the article the peculiarities of the creation and implementation of organizational-administrative documents of territorial bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation as the basis of management activities needed to improve the efficiency of the public authority based on the principles of current legislation and departmental normative legal instruments.
