Organizational and technological mechanism preserving and virtualizing objects material heritage of culture

An organizational and technological mechanism (three main stages) for the preserving and virtualizing objects material cultural heritage of various structures, based on the main provisions of museology, practical developments of museum business, taking into account legislative acts of the Russian Federation and regulatory documents of international level (UNESCO, ICOM), as well as on the models of three-dimensional virtualization developed by us, has been developed and described. The described organizational and technological mechanism is implemented in museum organizations.
