Organizational and economic aspects of region development in the clustering conditions

The article examines methodological bases of exposure of economic agglomerations,capable to become cluster education, and choosing key enterprises among themforming the “kernel” of cluster. The enterprise selection comes from its belongingto the key type of economic activity. The primary selection of key industries ofregion economy is carried out considering the substantial limitations because of thestatistical information incompleteness or its complete absence. Possibility for theenterprise to be included in the kernel of cluster is determined by indexes settingup a limit where enterprise economic activity becomes inefficient even havingpositive values of “direct” economic performance indicators. As a formal vehicleof cluster education authentication, taking into account the unclearness (washedout) of information, it offers to use the mathematical vehicle of theory of fuzzy sets.
