Organizational, managerial and technological aspects of working with the «PRO.Culture.RF» in the context of digitalization of the industry

The article discusses various scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of «digitalization» according to the branch methodological differentiation of this term. The legal justifications for the formation of tools for digitalization of the social sphere, including the sphere of culture, are separately noted. The technological features of the functioning of the digital platform «PRO.Culture.RF», algorithms for informing citizens about upcoming events, the capabilities of the platform as an organizational and managerial tool for the rapid collection and processing of statistical information. The experience of the cultural institutions of the Ryazan region is considered, problematic issues related to the technological features of working with the platform, ways to solve them, as well as problems of understanding and acceptance of this tool are highlighted. The experience of stimulating the activity of cultural institutions of the region on the digital platform «PRO.Culture.RF», provides examples of promising practices for the use of this mechanism.
