Organizational aspects of the implementation of controlling system in retail chains with regional diversification

In the article a research of the introduction of controlling in trade networks with divisional-regional organizational structure is conducted. Nowadays one of the most advanced tools of management of commercial enterprises in improving of management efficiency and elaboration of systems of planning, accounting, control and analysis is controlling. The most common requirements to developed systems of controlling are defined. In the article the scheme of controlling the interaction module and SBS-module (module of system of balanced scorecard) with the ERP-system, allowing to carry out any necessary analysis, is elaborated.
