Organizational and tactical aspects of the activities of the preliminary investigation and detection bodies at the initial stage of the investigation of vehicle vehicles that caused an especially large organization of damages

The organizational and tactical aspects of the investigation of criminal cases on thefts of vehicles, causing damage on a large scale, committed by organized criminal groups are considered. The opinions of prominent Russian forensic scientists on the problems of this topic of the article are given. The actions of the bodies of preliminary investigation and bodies of inquiry are analyzed in various investigative situations that arise at the initial stage of the investigation of a criminal case on crimes of this category. The question is raised about the possible allocation of a separate category of investigators in the preliminary investigation bodies, specializing in the investigation of criminal cases on thefts of vehicles, causing especially large damage, committed by organized criminal groups.
