Organizational conflicts in modern Russian organizations and the formation of personnel loyalty programs are considered. It is noted that the conflict can be both an obstacle to successful management and play a positive role in the organization. It is emphasized that for effective management it is necessary to learn how to manage conflicts in the organization. It is concluded that employee loyalty in the modern business community is the main criterion for staff stability, which determines the level of attitude towards the company and the degree of interest in successfully promoting the company on the market.
