Organizational structures of social work management

The article is devoted to the problems of the organizational structure of regional social assistance, in particular the management of social work in the region. Social work at the regional level qualitatively affects the ways of involving a person in social infrastructure, because unified social programs, which turned out to be insolvent and far from the real needs of people, required reliance on other organizational structures of the social work management department. To study this issue, one should study the theoretical aspects of regional models of organizational structures for managing social work. The object of the study is the organizational structure of social work management. The essence of social work management is considered. The regionalization of the social space in our country is currently at such a stage that there is every reason to suppose that this determines the direction of Russian social work in the future.
