The organizational aspect of development of innovative and industrial clusters in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The assessment of organizational forms of management of processes of cluster development in the Russian regions is carried out. The organizational dynamics of 4 innovation clusters located in the regions of the Volga region is considered.
