Organizational mechanism of external interaction of bodies of internal affairs and the problem of its formation

Тhe article discusses the main provisions of the organization of interaction between internal affairs agencies and other law enforcement agencies, the legal regulation of the organization and functioning of the police in solving general issues of law enforcement orientation, the problems that arise when solving managerial problems and possible solutions. The emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the police's interaction with the units of the Russian Guard of the Russian Federation on the protection of public order and ensuring public safety.
