Managerial stress. Specifics of studies in stress originated from the working environment

The paper examined interpretations on relevance of the issues of stress and stress resistance. An issue of stress and the way to overcome it relates mostly to occupation of a person, the part it takes in everyone''s life and importance attached to it. Stress being a specific state of mind determined by and reflected in affective and conative, and motivation and cognitive components of personality, all that require the specific studies in psychology. A review of studies in the range of issues on stress may lend support in achieving compliance of an agency’ performance with the certain standards in stress resistance, in order to normalize requirements for them.
