Bodies of guardians and guardians in the system of prevention of social orphanity

The article is devoted to legal acts in the prevention of orphanage area. The analysis of statistical data is carried out, the main functions of the guardianship and guardianship authorities to protect the rights and interests of children left without parental care are considered, the experience of the regions on the prevention of social orphanhood is presented. Conclusions and suggestions for the prevention of social orphanhood are made by guardianship.
