The article analyzes innovations provided for by the Law "On the Basics of the System of Prevention of Offenses in the Russian Federation", imposing powers on the prosecution authorities to prevent crimes, since these innovations do not comply with statutory law - the Federal Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" In connection with this, a forecast of possible law enforcement problems was made.
