Bodies of internal affairs in the provision of michrants viсtimological safety

The article is devoted to the consideration of the role of law enforcement bodies in providing victimological safety of migrants arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation. The legal basis of the state policy on regulation of migration processes in the Russian Federation is investigated, the problems of the conceptual apparatus are identified, the lack of uniformity in norm-setting activity, the role of the analysis of migration processes in the activity of law enforcement bodies is determined.
