Orchids of urbanized territories of the city of Tver

In Tver City 8 orchid species were found: Coeloglossum viride, Dactylorhiza fuchsii, D. incarnata, D. maculata, Epipactis helleborine, E. palustris, Listera ovata, Platanthera bifolia. Most of those species show wide ecological ranges and grow well in secondary habitats. Orchids occurred in the tree and shrubs plantings along the roads and railways, melioration ditches, planted birch forests and flood planes.
