The results of the detection of antibodies to ORT by means of enzyme immunoassay in serum samples taken from broiler chickens are presented. The research was conducted at one of the poultry farms of the Omsk Region with an industrial capacity of over 200,000 heads. Object of the study were broiler chicken crosses ROSS 308 (aged 31-45 days). Blood serum was used as the source material for serological studies (n = 640). Three categories of results were established: negative, doubtful, and positive, ranging from 424 IU/l, 425-1431 IU/l, and 1432 IU/l, respectively. Among the 640 samples of blood sera collected, 331 samples (84.51%) were negative, 147 (22.85) were doubtful, and 162 (25.31) were positive. Among the selected blood serum samples from broilers aged 30-35 days, 24 (7.4%) were positive, 30 (9.5%) were doubtful, and 266 (83.1%) showed a negative result. Among broilers aged 40-45 days, 138 positive (43.1%), 103 doubtful (32.1%) and 80 negative samples (24.8%) were obtained (as shown in Table 5)...
