The article reveals the main issues of the execution of view of the place of occurrence under investigation, associated with many controversial issues of participation of witnesses of investigative action, the participation of experts, the use of technical devices, the correct evaluation of their results. This proposal is about the full conduct of this investigative action to obtain objective and complete information indicating specific characteristics of the executed criminal act. A destination is made between protocol of inspection, which is factual in evidence, and protocol of interrogation, as a means of recoding testimonies. Putting into written form, testimonies can be corrupted, and to avoid the error, the testimonies of the proof are recognized when they are given orally. Compliance with the proposals developed from the theory of criminal process and Criminalistics, will contribute to make of quality evidences, the protection of the rights of persons, falling into the sphere of criminal procedure, which will be reflected in the rapid and full detection of executed criminal act.
