Legal liability is a form of state-enforced influence on violators of the norms of law, consisting in the application of sanctions provided for by law - measures of responsibility that entail additional adverse consequences for them. Civil liability is understood as "one of the forms of state coercion, consisting in the recovery by the court of property sanctions from the offender in favor of the victim, imposing unfavorable property consequences of his behavior on the violator and aimed at restoring the violated property sphere of the victim." In other words, it is "unfavorable for the debtor property consequences of non-compliance with his obligations, his additional obligation."
