The basis of classification of procedural actions implemented during the investigation of crimes, and the place of informatization in this process

Introduction: following the analysis of changes and attachments to the criminal procedure legislation that regulates the production of various investigative and procedural actions, the article describes and analyzes the specific characteristics of informatization, which is the basis for the classification of procedural tools based on information technology. At the same time, the authors note that the main task in the formation of the above classification, which regulates the production of various investigative activities, is the scientific development of the basis of the evidentiary process, methods and ways of collecting evidence in the case under investigation with mandatory consideration of a specific investigative situation in the criminal case and, accordingly, a specific investigation algorithm. Materials and methods: the criminal procedure legislation regulating the production of various investigative activities is the material of the research. In the context of the dialectical method and in the connection with it in the course of the study, the following methods were used: a logical method (in presenting all the material, drawing conclusions); method of comparative law (in examining the provisions of the criminal procedure legislation); content analysis (in the process of sampling and analysis of certain provisions of the criminal procedure legislation); empiric method (in examining materials of criminal cases, the study of regulatory, scientific and special literature); method of system analysis and modeling (when developing a classification of procedural tools based on information technology), etc...
