Grounds for exemption from criminal liability for human trafficking

In our scientific research, we analyzed Article 127.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. We studied the qualification of the crime and the grounds for exemption from criminal liability. The crime committed under Article 127.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Human trafficking) is socially dangerous, which encroaches on the freedom of citizens. Article 17 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation states that human and civil rights and freedoms are guaranteed by the state. The state should support this and regulate it in every possible way by laws and regulations. Human trafficking is of great social importance even in the modern world, which promotes the development of democracy and the realization of civil society. The work also prescribes the composition and successive stages of the commission of a crime. Based on the entire analysis of the study, we have put forward proposals for improving criminal justice.
