The basis of the right of ownership

The article gives definitions of such terms as ownership and property. Based on the analysis of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a classification of grounds for the origin of ownership has been developed, as well as their thesis definition. At the same time, the studies carried out in the article are supported by the opinions of the authors of the scientific papers written in this field, as well as the materials of judicial practice.
