Into frame of modern tribology the friction is interdisciplinary phenomenon and for analysis of very complex nature of friction we may to apply the generalized method of energy balance equations. In this article the energy interpretation of the coefficient of friction is pro-posed. Such interpretation allow us to understand, marked above, the complex and dialectical nature of friction.
