The Main Scientific Publication by I.M. Kislitsyn, Professor at Perm State University

The main scientific work of I. M. Kislitsyn, Professor of the Law Faculty of Perm State National Research University, “Questions of Theory and Practice of Federal Construction of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics”, published in 1969 in Perm, is presented. Thanks to this book, the author became widely known to the scientific community of the entire Union of SSR, which appreciated her (the book’s) theoretical contribution. For the first time in the Soviet legal science comprehensively investigated: 1) questions of origin of the Soviet state law; 2) statelegal peculiarities of federalisation within the state relations between the Soviet republics that emerged on the territory of the former Russian Empire; 3) the nature of contractual relations between Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Georgia before the formation of the USSR.
